Eureka Forge was founded in 1982 as a division of Kinnikin & Associates, an established residential and commercial construction firm. As this aspect of the business gained attention, demand increased and grew to dominate the activities of the company. As a result, the construction arm was sold in 1993 and Eureka Forge has become one of North America's foremost producers of custom architectural metalwork.
